Efforts to achieve the SDGs at
OUSEI KANKYO SHOJI Co., Ltd.

SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) were adopted by the United Nations. 17 goals and 169 targets have been set to create a prosperous and vibrant future, and this is a global initiative aiming to achieve them by 2030.

At Ousei Kankyo Shoji, we have clearly set goals for the five-year period from 2023 to 2027, and we aim to realize a sustainable society by making use of our strengths, such as recycling technology for recycling materials and smelting know-how.

Get involved through storytelling, etc. to children in infant homes and solitary homes.

Write letters to and connect with children supported by World Vision.

Part of the sales will be donated to the poverty support fund according to the delivery volume

Increased collection of E-Scrap from developing countries (contribution to fair trade, transactions at fair prices).

Improve internal awareness of gender equality (participation in seminars and company-wide sharing).
Actively promoting women for managerial posts and certification as “Leading company for women empowerment” (acquired 1-star).

Creating a work environment that can respond to changes in family circumstances.
* Marriage, childbirth, children's advancement, nursing care, etc.
* Maternity allowance start (for partners who support us).

Acquired 2-star certification as a “Leading company for women empowerment” (requires system and track record).

Sustainable development for the next generation with sustainable renewable energy
